Come learn about robotics and AI! Join us for a workshop with Arshan Pouroshi, CEO and co-founder of tech startup Thirdwave which builds autonomous forklifts using computer vision and artificial intelligence.
Prior to founding Thirdwave, Arshan worked at the prestigious Toyota Research Institute. He previously led a team at Google Robotics that created smart infrastructure to understand environments in 3D. He also worked at Sun Microsystems on wireless sensor networks.
The workshop will be held at Thirdwave's office in Union City, CA where you will be able to see autonomous forklifts and their computing and computer vision systems. Arshan will talk about robotics and AI and then lead an activity in robotics.
