Welcome to Off The Stage, an organization dedicated to connecting youth with role models from diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to provide young people with exposure and authentic conversation in a small setting, giving them the opportunity to see and learn from leaders.
Seeing is believing and by putting youth in the same room as successful role models, they are inspired to pursue their own goals and aspirations. We invite speakers who share their stories and lead activities in their area of work, giving youth hands-on experience and the chance to learn from the best.
By exposing youth to role models who have overcome obstacles and achieved success, Off The Stage inspires them to do the same.
